Please read these terms and conditions carefully before creating an account on the tk17 platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and us.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the tk17 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual registered on or using the platform ("User", "you"). By using the tk17 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Introduction & Consent

tk17 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, and sports betting services for players in Bangladesh. Our platform ensures a safe and transparent environment through SSL encryption and a fair play policy.

  • Creating an account on the platform means you fully accept these Terms.
  • These Terms may be updated at any time — a notice of each change will be published on the platform.
  • Continuing to use the platform after an update will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
  • These Terms are written in Bengali and will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Eligibility & Registration

To create an account or use any service on the tk17 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  • Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
  • One Account Policy: Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Accurate Information: All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • Personal Account: The account is for personal use only — betting on behalf of third parties or using their funds is not permitted.

Important: Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure, and the balance in the account may be forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Security & Confidentiality

Keep your account username and password completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account immediately to [email protected]. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk17 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport and proof of address documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

  • You may not have someone else open an account on your behalf.
  • Sharing your password or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
  • Your account may not be transferred or sold to anyone else.
  • Always log out properly from every device after use.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit funds on the tk17 platform. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

  • Approved Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — only these four mobile banking methods are accepted.
  • Minimum Deposit: ৳300 per method.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal Time: Generally completed within 10-45 minutes.
  • Payment accounts registered in a third party's name may not be used.
  • tk17 reserves the right to place an account under investigation if money laundering or suspicious transactions are identified.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.

  • The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.
  • Claiming a bonus by creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting.
  • tk17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

tk17 offers three VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). It is possible to advance to a higher tier through consistent active participation and demonstrated loyalty.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the tk17 platform are conducted under a fair play policy. If any game remains incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, tk17 reserves the right to review the outcome of the relevant bet.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

  • A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Any winnings gained by exploiting a technical error will be voided.
  • Game provider rules apply alongside tk17's rules.
  • The use of automated software, bots, or any form of fraudulent method is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and the stake is returned.
  • tk17 reserves the right to review any bet if information regarding match fixing or any dishonest activity is received.
  • tk17's decision on all market and odds changes is final.

User Conduct

All users of tk17 are required to maintain honest, ethical, and responsible conduct while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Participating in any form of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or any kind of fraudulent software.
  • Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other users or staff.
  • Abusing the bonus system or using any form of manipulation to claim bonuses.
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or software.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of the balance, and legal action where applicable.

Privacy & Data Protection

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by tk17

tk17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
  • If there is suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
  • If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
  • Upon instruction from a legal authority.

10.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time on your own initiative. To do so, email [email protected]. If there is a verifiable balance remaining before closure, withdrawal is possible.

Limitation of Liability

tk17 is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:

  • If a game is incomplete due to internet disconnection, power outage, or a problem with the user's device.
  • If service is disrupted due to any reason beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).
  • In the case of a software error by a third-party game provider.
  • If the login credentials of a user's account fall into the hands of a third party.

tk17 will not be held liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We always make every effort to correct errors and provide 24/7 support.

Changes to Terms

tk17 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Each change will take effect as soon as it is published on the platform.

  • Users will be notified by email of any significant changes.
  • Continued use of the platform after an update will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
  • You have the right to close your account if you do not agree to the new terms and conditions.
